ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the Interim Order passed by this Court dated 10.09.2012 has been complied with. Hence, the Interim Stay Petition is made absolute.

3. Considering the above fact, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited by the 1st Respondent/appellant and the balance amount shall be deposited in a fixed deposit in any one of the Nationalised Bank, till the disposal of the appeal.
