ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent was registered as C.S.R. No.738/2020 and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 28.09.2020, directing both the parties to appear before the competent Civil Court to resolve their dispute.
