ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, in Crime No.163 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002, and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with legs and the victim has sustained simple injury.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. 5.
