ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the second respondent with the first respondent was registered in CSR.No.24 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs.
