This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.01.2022. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 05.01.2022 before the second respondent as against the respondents 3 and 4, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.09.2021. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
