This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.14743 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 has not been complied with.

CONT.P.(MD)No.130 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2020 was considered and an order has been passed by the Chief Educational Officer.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of proceedings has not been served upon the petitioner.

4. The respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings passed by the Chief Educational Officer in the manner known to law. 5.With the above said liberty, the Contempt Petition is closed.
