challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2333 of 2023 dated 30.08.2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur.

2. The petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1498 of 2025 has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 1732 days in filing the revision, challenging the order passed in M.C.No.51 of 2016 dated 30.01.2018 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam.

It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up on 14.03.2025, considering the submissions made on either side and also taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit some portion of the amount as directed by this Court, this Court vide order dated 14.03.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit 75% of the arrears amount of maintenance pending as of February-2025 before the trial Court on or before 15.04.2025 and posted the matter on 16.04.2025 for reporting compliance. When the matter was taken up on 16.04.2025, at request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned 3/6

to 28.04.2025 for reporting compliance, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (28.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the direction of this Court.

5. Since the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed. Consequently, Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.Nos.1285 and 1297 of 2025 stand rejected at the SR stage itself.
