ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence his property in Survey No.323/2 of Karukattankulam Village Chinnamanoor, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.02/H3-CO/NDIS/2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation, after giving due notice to the third respondent strictly based on findings and on merits as early as possible.
