ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during pendency of this petition, investigation was conducted on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur in C.C.No.63 of 2018. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
