ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.11.2013 and not to register any association to be started by the respondents 2 and 3.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 were expelled from the petitioner's association and they are attempting to start a new association with a similar name. 2/4

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that a new association in the name of Marutham Loadman Welfare Association has been started and the same has also been registered by the first respondent herein. The petitioner can have objection only if an association is registered with the same name or a similar name. In the present case, the association has been started by the second and third respondents with a different name and the petitioner has no legal right whatsoever to object to the starting of an association by the respondents 2 and 3 with a different name. 4.With the above said observations, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
