SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 16645 of 2017, dated 11.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that investigation is still pending and the charge sheet has not yet been filed.
