ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had given an application to the respondent for effecting mutation in respect of the petition mentioned lands. It is seen from the communication enclosed at Page No.14 of the typed set of papers that the process had already commenced. All that the petitioner wants is that the process should be directed to be concluded on merits and in accordance with law within a period to be stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.2702 of 2021 concluded. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or other.
