ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusal the Letter D.No.21/2023 dated 23.01.2023 from District Munsif, Melur, this Court made the following order: "This Court, by an order dated 15.06.2022, had directed the District Munsif Court, Melur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.213 of 2013, on or before 31.12.2022. The report suggest that the suit has been posted on 23.01.2023 for trial. Hence, the District Munsif, Melur, is directed to conclude the trial, within a period of six months from today. The learned District Munsif, Melur, shall not seek any further extension at any cost."
