ORDER

The present writ petition has been challenged an order passed by the respondent electricity board, under which they have refused to grant electricity connection on the ground that the previous owner of the property has not settled the dues arising out of an energy theft.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent board, on instructions, submitted that the previous owner has already settled the amount arising out of energy theft and hence, connection has already been given to the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
