Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 295 days delay in filing the above CMA(MD). Sr.No.3175 of 2017 against the Judgment and Decree dated 21.12.2015 passed in M.C.O.P.No.421 of 2014 on the file of Learned Subordinate Judge (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Madurai and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AK.BASKARA PANDIAN, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER, for the appellant in both petitions and of MR.V.SAKTHIVEL, for CAVEATOR, for the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Appellant.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no Objection for allowing these petitions.
