This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to initiate further investigation based on the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.540 of 2021. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
