2017 to surrender before the TNPID Court, Madurai for the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17825 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017, to surrender before the TNPID Court, Madurai for the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to get the necessary documents from Thasildar, he could not produce the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not able to get the necessary documents from Thasildar, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Court is extended till 29.01.2018. sd/- 17/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
