The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.586 of 2016 of Medical College Police Station, Thanjavur.
2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the instant case, final report is filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur on 18.07.2018 and the same is taken on file in CC.No.57 of 2020.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
