ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to open St.Antonyar Church, Karmalam, Puthuvayal Village, Manamelkudi Post and Taluk and Pudukottai, enabling the public to offer prayer in the Church, by considering petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2024.

It is represented by the counsel for the respondents that the Church in question is not closed and it is functioning and therefore, the question of opening the Church does not arise. 2/4

Further, the respondents have no objection for the petitioner to enter into the Church and offer his prayers.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
