ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms. R.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms. APG OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU GOVT ADVOCATE (CRL SIDE), for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This Petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2652 of 2019, dated 21.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2652 of 2019, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
