RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the Anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court made in Crl.OP.No.2945 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.ALAGUSUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2945 of 2019 on 26.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2945 of 2019 on 26.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
