ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner sent a complaint to the first respondent through post.
3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent viz., The Commissioner of Police, Madurai on 20.07.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the first respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
