[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action to prevent the pollution caused by respondents 3 to 6 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.09.2019.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that consent to operate the plant has been granted up to 31.03.2023.

3. In view of the fact that consent has already been granted, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, if any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority under the relevant Act. There shall be no order as to costs.
