2. The learned counsels appearing for the petitioners in WP(MD)Nos.607/2014 & 19525/2013 are present. No representation for the petitioners in WP(MD)Nos.18506/2013 & 18742/2013.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, the parties have approached the civil court and the following suits are pending before the IV Additional District Court, Madurai in OS.Nos.149/2013, OS.No.105/2014, OS.No.254/2011 and OS.No.166/2014. In view of the same, these writ petitions are disposed of and the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the said suits. No costs.
