This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 759 of 2021, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
