Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.JANAKIRAMULU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11191 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12805 of 2017, dated 11.12.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.12.2017 to till date, without any violation.
