To call for the records and set aside the judgment and conviction dated 26.10.2022, the Hon'ble Sessions Fast Track Mahila Camp Court, Kanniyakumari at Kuzhithurai (FAC) in S.C.NO. 18 of 2017 and acquit the Appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH RAJA P T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESHKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 14.11.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.13450 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.714 of 2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
