This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner at the time of measuring the land on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 22.01.2015 and 03.07.2015 respectively.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that there is no objection for measuring the land with the help of the surveyor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
