53 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4936 of 2017, dated 24.04.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner went to Kerala for coolie work, he could not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner went to Kerala for coolie work. Hence, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of ten days ie., on or before 28.01.2018. sd/- 18/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
