O R D E R

The petitioner, seek to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.29 of 2014,on the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 2 of 2014 is also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of M.C.No.29 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
