Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SURESH MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2122 of 2019 on 25.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2122 of 2019 on 25.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2122 of 2019 on 25.02.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report the trial court for each and every hearing without fail.
