2. The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner's Savings Bank Account has not been frozen and that there is no impediment for the petitioner to operate the said account.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to operate the said Savings Bank Account strictly in accordance with law.
