ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and his family members and also not to interfere with the petitioner's matrimonial dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners are in-laws of the fourth respondent and petition filed by the petitioners' son in H.M.O.P.No.292 of 2019 and petition filed by the fourth respondent in D.V.P.No.3 of 2020 are pending before the Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the petitioners were directed to appear for enquiry. 2/4

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioners have appeared for six times and after numbering of this petition, summons were served on them.

5. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) wold submit that they have instructed the second respondent, to close the matter.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
