This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused person on the complaint dated 03.07.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner sent a complaint to the second respondent through post.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent viz., The Inspector of Police, Devaram Police Station, Devaram, Theni District on 20.07.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
