ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.03.2013. 2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein has forged certain documents and presented it before the third respondent for registration and he had gifted certain lands to the Municipality. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has lodged a complaint before the second respondent herein. 2/4

4.The second respondent has filed a counter. In paragraph No.8 of the counter, it has been stated that the enquiry has been initiated and notice have also been issued to the concerned parties and enquiry is still pending.

5.Considering the above said facts, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. 6.With the above said observations, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
