ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that number of cases are pending against the petitioner and at present one complaint is also pending against him.

4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
