The petitioner's wife went missing along with her two children on 16.10.2023 and therefore, after giving complaint, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2. Pending Habeas Corpus Petition, the respondent Police has secured the petitioner's wife along with the children and has produced her before this Court today. The petitioner's wife has expressed her wishes to join her husband. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (G.J.,J.)
