ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19407 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024.

2. This Court while enlarging the petitioner on bail directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner was complying with the condition from 25.11.2024 to 23.12.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner was complying with the condition only once a day till 13.01.2025 and thereafter, the petitioner has not complied with the condition. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and police report has been filed and the case is now pending before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.457 of 2024.

4. In the light of the above development, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.

5. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
