Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in the above case in CR.No.1122 of 2009, dated 06/08/2009 from the file of the above 2nd respondent to any other independent officer under the supervision of an Assistant Commissioner of Police in Madurai. ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime.No.1122 of 2009, dated 06/08/2009 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other independent officer under the supervision of an Assistant Commissioner of Police in Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.1122 of 2009 has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai/third respondent and the third respondent has also completed the investigation and yet to file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it fit to direct the third respondent to complete the

investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
