ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Insurance Company to consider the representation of the petitioner and issue crop insurance amount.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, a sum of Rs.71,466.79/- has been paid towards Crop Insurance to the writ petitioner on 09.10.2014 and he produced the voucher signed by the writ petitioner. However, there is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner. The said fact is recorded. No further orders are required. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
