PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in S.No.622/33, Melavisavanur Village, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District by 1/4

considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 within the time limit as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking to remove the encroachment made by the private respondent herein in the subject property. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submits that the proposal has been sent to the Tahsildar to issue patta to the private respondent, who is already in occupation of the property in question and the same is pending.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
