ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus seeking to quash the seniority list of the year 2011 and forbearing the respondents from permitting the respondents 6 to 22 to the post of Primary School Headmaster without preparing a proper seniority list and Promotion panel of the year 2012. 2/3

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on instructions from his client/writ petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
