RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the order dated 05.03.2019 passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1912 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.716 of 2019 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and for the deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.716 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.716 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
