Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.305 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have damaged the sun glass of the defacto complainant's vehicle to the tune of Rs.5,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He has further submitted that petitioners are ready to deposit Rs.2,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.305 of 2015 without prejudice to their right in the criminal case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) each to the credit of Crime No.305 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same the petitioners are entitled to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Sathankulam and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
