Prayer in CRP NPD No.574 of 2004: Petition filed under Section 115 of CPC, praying this Court to allow the CRP by setting aside the order and decree of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram, in CMA No. 19 of 2000, dated: 20.12.2001.

ORDER:This Miscellaneous petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.MUTHUKANNAN, Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent, and the R2 & R3 were already given up, this court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order passed in C.R.P. (MD) No. 574 of 2004 dated 18.02.2016 and restore the same.

3. Having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed and C.R.P.(MD) No.574 of 2004 is restored on file.
