2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17324 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are belonging to one family, they could not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extended for a further period of ten days i.e., on or before 28.01.2018.
