ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.44 of 2019 of Ponnamaravathi Police Station, Pudukottai District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2019, is already closed as "mistake of fact" and referred charge sheet would be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
