ORDER

The petitioner is a B.Com graduate. The petitioner's mother, Vijayalakshmi, who served as an Assistant in the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, died due to aliments on 18.01.2023, leaving behind herself and her brother, who is the 4th respondent herein. The 4th respondent has given a 'No Objection Certificate'. Along with the No Objection Certificate, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents, seeking appointment on compassionate ground. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has opted for Livestock Inspector Grade-II as well as Junior Assistant. Since she has not specified the post for which she has applied, 2/6

her application could not be considered. It is also informed that the petitioner has not furnished No Objection Certificate from other legal heir. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner claims that No Objection Certificate has already been obtained from the petitioner's brother and the same has also been furnished.

The learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that the petitioner has not furnished any integrated certificate to be issued by the Thasildar and also not submitted the proposal in triplicate. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has applied for integrated certificate, however, the same has not been issued so far.

4. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking appointment on compassionate ground. The petitioner's representation has not been rejected, however, it has been delayed on the ground of required certificates/documents.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to submit the required certificates/documents through registered post as expeditiously as 3/6

possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the required certificates/documents, the respondents are directed to process the petitioner's representation and conclude the same within a period of eight weeks from thereon.
