O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent police, to add the penal provision of 302 of IPC and to file the final report within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court in Crime No.18 of 2014, pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in crime No.18 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the said prayer cannot be granted. However, since the case is pending from the year 2014, the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
