RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners/accused in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.17684 of 2017 dated 21.12.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULIGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17684 of 2017, dated 21.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition from 28.12.2017 onwards and investigation is still pending.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation is still pending. As per the order of this Court dated 21.12.2017, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and the petitioner was appeared before the respondent Police from 28.12.2017 onwards. the petitioner was complied with the condition, only for 24 days. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to file a petition for relaxation, after completing the condition for one month.
